Bandanas - 100% Cotton

Have you been looking to expand into bandanas and want full color and on 100% cotton poplin!  We've got the perfect custom bandana for you.

Our standard size is 22" x 22".  If you are looking for other sizes or thicknesses, we can make them, but please email us for quotes.

70 gsm = Lightweight
100 gsm = Mid-weight
180 gsm = Heavier/Traditional weight

Full color digital printing on an 100gsm or 180 gsm thick 100% cotton poplin fabric and with a low min order of only 50 per design!  Orders Can have multiple designs with a min of 50 per.  For example, an order of 100 can be 50 x 2 designs

Additional options to add on include a belly band packaging or adding a woven tag.

FAQ

What material are they?
100% cotton poplin.  Poplin is a plain weave cotton fabric with very fine horizontal “ribs” 

Do you offer other weights?
Yes, we can also make 70 gsm, 80 gsm, 140 gsm.  70 + 80 are priced the same as 100 gsm.  140 gsm is priced the same as 180 gsm.  If you'd like one of those other weights, please mention it in the notes and we can substitute it for you.

Are they screen printed?
No, they are digitally printed in full color with maximum detail retention.  If you specifically want a screen printed bandana, please email for pricing.

Can I order different amounts than what is listed?
Yes, we can make any amount.  they'd be priced in whatever tier they fall into.  225 would be priced at the per piece of 200.

Can I split an order with multiple designs?
Yes, but we need at least 50 per design.  An order of 100 could be 50/50, or an order of 500 could be 5 x 100, etc and be priced off of the total amount ordered.

Can I order less than 50?
If you'd like to email us, we can get a quote for you.  The minimum is 50 due to the factory labor minimum, so orders under 50 tend to be priced in a higher pricing tier more akin to hard sampling.  The pricing for 25 can often be almost as much as 50, so it makes 50 the true minimum.

Can I hard sample one first?
We can find out hard sample pricing for you, but it typically would run about $100, so it's great if you have a huge project and want to run one first, but it's not financially viable to make a single tote for personal use.

How can I check one out in person?
We have a pre-printed Alchemy bandana we made for sale to check out if you'd like to see one before buying.  It's priced just to cover cost and shipping to get it to you.

Weights

70 gsm is a light weight option that is easier to see through when held up to a light.

100 gsm is medium weight/ slightly less opaque that you can see through easier when held up to light

180 gsm is a thicker style, more like a traditional bandana that won't let light through as much.

Other weights are available upon request - 80 gsm, 140 gsm

Template

A bandana file can be any format and has to be 22" x 22".  Even a jpeg will work, as long as it's 300 dpi/resolution or higher.  A low resolution 72 dpi file will not print well.
