Polyester Satin Scarves/Bandanas/Alter Cloths

Looking for high-quality custom scarves, bandanas or alter cloths with full-color printing on polyester satin fabric? You’ve found the perfect solution. Our custom printed scarves/ bandanas are ideal for branding, events, merchandise, promotions, or personal projects — all printed in vibrant detail on soft, 50 gsm polyester satin fabric. These are really soft!

Our standard size is 66cm x 66 cm (26" x 26"), but we also offer custom sizes and fabric weights. Need something different? Contact us for a custom quote — we can tailor your order to match your exact specifications.  We also have silk available for high end scarves.  

We use high-resolution digital printing for bold, full-color designs on every bandana. Minimum order quantity is just 25 scarves/ bandanas per design, and you're welcome to split your order across multiple designs — for example, 100 bandanas can include 50 units of 2 different designs.

FAQ

What material are they?
Polyester Satin

Do you offer other weights or fabrics?
Yes, we can.  If you'd like one of those other weights or fabrics please email us for pricing.  We have cotton, polyester satin, silk and more that can be made.

How are they shipped?
Pricing on the site has airmail included.  For orders of 500 or more, we can ship them by sea/boat and it will knock off around 20% from the total cost.  Shipping by sea adds an additional 4 weeks in transit on average, but can be a great way to reduce cost with proper planning.

Are they screen printed?
No, they are digitally printed in full color with maximum detail retention.  If you specifically want a screen printed bandana, please email for pricing.

Can I order different amounts than what is listed?
Yes, we can make any amount.  they'd be priced in whatever tier they fall into.  225 would be priced at the per piece of 200.

Can I split an order with multiple designs?
Yes, but we need at least 50 per design.  An order of 100 could be 50/50, or an order of 500 could be 5 x 100, etc and be priced off of the total amount ordered.

Can I order less than 25?
If you'd like to email us, we can get a quote for you.  The minimum is 25 due to the factory labor minimum, so orders under 25 tend to be priced in a higher pricing tier more akin to hard sampling.  

Can I hard sample one first?
We can find out hard sample pricing for you, but it typically would run about $100, so it's great if you have a huge project and want to run one first, but it's not financially viable to make a single tote for personal use.  They will show us a print sample on an order for approval.

Template

A scarf/ bandana file can be any format and has to be 66cm x 66 cm (26" x 26"). Including the bleed(folded over sections for the edges, the full size is 69x69cm. Even a jpeg will work, as long as it's 300 dpi/resolution or higher.  A low resolution 72 dpi file will not print well.
